Queen Selene

Selene was born right here at Greek Garden, on Thanksgiving day, 2023! She is the daughter of King Apollo and Queen Iris. She has always had a lot of spunk and is never afraid to share her opinions with us. From a young age, it was apparent based on her striking markings, patented tortie-tude, and her incredible lineage that Selene was destined to stay with us. 

Selene has now passed her first hip grading (graded normal left, normal right), patellar grading, her first annual heart echocardiogram, initial bloodwork for FIV, FeLV, and Heartworm, and has an entirely clear genetic panel. Not to mention an incredibly low COI (coefficient of inbreeding), especially from Maine coon standards!

If all goes well, Selene is intended to be the mother of our next King, and we are beyond excited to see our first “grandchildren” from her as soon as she is more grown and ready!
